Cleaning Floor London provides a wide range of professional cleaning services both at private homes and business buildings. We are equipped for every cleaning need: Floor Polishing and Restoration, Carpet Steam and Dry Cleaning, Upholstery Steam and Dry Cleaning, Window Cleaning, End of Tenancy Cleaning, One off Deep Cleaning, After Builders Cleaning, Regular Office and Domestic Cleaning. 3. What are your business hours?
Our customer care department is at your disposal 7 days in week from 8.00am till 6.30pm. Our attentive office staff will consult you on any aspect of the cleaning procedure and will draw you a free quotation.

4. What are your cleaning technicians operation hours?
We conduct cleaning sessions every day of the week, including weekends and public holidays, which are not extra charged. Our operatives are available from 7,30am on.

5. Do you have a cancellation fee or a deposit?
We do not require a deposit. We have cancellation fees, you can get more information on our Тerms and Conditions page.

6. Do you need notice in advance to organize my cleaning appointment?
We do not need a beforehand notice to arrange a cleaning performance. But if you have particular day and time in mind, let us know at least 3-5 days in advance, so that we could compose our schedule and conduct the cleaning on the preferred date.

7. Do you have extra charges and additional fees on top of the quoted price?
The price you would receive after consultation with our Customer Care Representative will be the actual final price for the service. We have no hidden taxes and fees. We would only apply extra charge for parking fee, if you are not able to provide a free parking space or parking permit for our equipped van, and for congestion if your property is located in London congestion zone.

8. Is your personnel licensed and insured?
As a part of House Cleaning London Ltd, Cleaning Floor London is a licensed, bonded and fully insured company. We have carefully checked the past, credentials and references of our cleaning operatives, and we guarantee compensation in case of accidental damage or loss, covered by the company's Public Liability Insurance.

9. Can we be out of the house during the cleaning performing?
We will conduct your cleaning at the most convenient for you time. You can safely entrust your house to our technicians and go to work or do your personal business without need to attend the cleaning session. After cleaning is completed you will be notified, and in case you can not return in time to pick up your keys, we will lock all doors and leave the keys to a certain person or safe place chosen by you. If you have regular domestic or office cleaning with us, for greater ease we recommend to provide your cleaner with keys for permanent access, so that you won't have to interrupt your daily schedule.

10. What cleaning supplies should I provide?
For our Regular Domestic and Office Cleaning it would be best if you provide vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop, towels, sponges and all the detergents necessary to clean the different surfaces. We supply professional equipment and detergents for all the other services, including: Floor Polishing and Restoration, End of Tenancy Cleaning, Carpet Steam and Dry Cleaning, Upholstery Steam, Dry and Leather Cleaning, Window Cleaning, One Off Deep Cleaning, After Builders Cleaning, Oven Cleaning. Our technicians will need only a parking space adjacent to your building for our equipped van.

11. Do you guarantee your End of Tenancy Cleaning Service?
If your landlord or the real estate agent are not fully satisfied during the inventory check after we have performed an End of Tenancy Cleaning, our technicians will come back for a free of charge re-clean. This guarantee applies if you contact us for reclamation within 48 hours after completion the cleaning.
